Reducing Phentermine Side Effects?I have been taking these pills barely since Saturday but I only take ½ a pill every other day but I have noticed bad headaches ever since & tiredness. What can I do to reduce these side effects.
Please I know alot of people will probably say stop taking them but after so many years of struggling even though I watch what I eat and excercise I want to give this a shot
Anyone else been taking Phentermine long-term?I have been taking phentermine (37.5mg) 4-5 days a week for over two years (I don't take it on the weekends). At first, I lost weight, but have actually gained weight in the last year. It still suppresses my appetite and I eat less on the days I take it
what could this be, i keep getting the chills like when you are sick with a cold, but i am not sick. I feel?cold but i am in a warm house. i keep having this tingling feeling run through my body, sometimes have numbness in my feet and my hands are cold. the numbness comes and goes. i think it could be premenopause but at the same time i am worried it may be circulation related
