Pills to help control appetite? |
|---|---|
| About 2 years ago I started walking to lose weight, and get healthy. I was at about 325? I did so good for so long, but it seems like this winter has kicked my butt so to speak. I have gained about 20-25lbs !!!! I feel hungery all the time. I eat healthy foods. Dont get me wrong, I am no saint. I know around X-Mas time I didn't do as good as I should have, and I just can NOT control my appetite. I have tried Phentermine a long time ago, but now you can not get it anywhere without a Dr concent.
Anyone know of what will help. Thanks I just want to get back on track. I am still walking (no less than 4 miles a day) and exercising. I drink about 12-16 8oz glasses of water a day. |

| Pills do not work and they make you crazy.
Here is a really good remedy eat raw garlic. You can take parsley pills to kill the smell. It will kind of upset you stomach and you will not be hungry. I am totally serious it works for me. I used to weigh the same as you did. |
