| Ive done some research on the net but I cant find out if the tablets Im on are strong compared to the others? They are 30mg and the colour of the capsules half red and half grey

| 30 mg seems strong in a diet pill , i dont know the make but ive taken a few type most are a 15 or 25 mg |

| This is a dangerous and banned amphetamine. Best advise is not to take it at all!
As far as using it to assist weight loss it has no track record at all of SUSTAINED weight loss. Additionally recent evidence from University of California, demonstrates that 2/3 of patients who try and loose wight in this way end up heavier, not lighter!!! |

| i've taken 37.5mg phentermine which are the strongest if you've never taken them before they are more than ample dosage for you. |
