Need help in losing weight!!!?
I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to request a referral to a doctor downtown who is known to prescribe diet pills! Do you know which one out of these three will give better results! Phentermine, Meridia, Xenical!!?? I have tryed to lose on my own by exercising, dieting, and no more soda's and have only lost 13 pounds in 3 months! I guess you could say I am looking for an easy way out!!

I don't think you should use diet pills they don't work...Once you stop useing them you just gain back the weight that you lost useing them...

You may be looking for an easy way out, but exercise and a healthy diet are your best and most healthy options. Good Luck=)

diet pills don't work. And we all know Anna Nicoole sisn't lose weight from pills or slim fast.she had her fact sucked out of her... pills don't really work and they are NOT approved by the FDA and thats saying something. Diet and exersize... and any kind of soda diet or regualr is going to still put weight on you... but it the sodum w/e causes you to hold water. I think. And if you need go see a doc if you are extreamly over weight they can write you out a plan of some sort.

You should cut the sugars (white sugar completely), eat fruits, veggies, nuts, wheat, whole grains, and lean meats. White cheese instead of yellow or orange, and lots and lots of water (1-2 liters or 1-2 quarts atleast). And eat every 2-4 hours and don't eat after 6 or 7 pm. Eat breakfast always!!! (diet pills aren't healthy, and I know people are gonna hate me for saying that)

You need to change your lifestyle. You can't take diet pills for the rest of your life. I have lost 27 pds since January simply by eating better and working out. It's called self disipline and a lifestyle change.
