vitamins and phentermine? |

| My Dr. put me on phentermine for weight loss, combined with proper diet and exercize for 60days..it is working great and since i have only40lbs to lose, i will only be takin it for approx 4months... I have been dieting and execrsizing for 3 years and have lost 60lbs..this is just to get rid of the final 40.... my Dr also advised me to take a multivitamin containing zinc and antioxidents and vitamin b12...my question is...ii bought the oil of olay vitamin pack because it came with daily pills in daily packets,,,easy to grab and take with me on the run...and the b12 is included in the packet...my question is in the packet with the vitamin b12 abd the multivitamin is also a ginseng pill and CoQ10...are these ok to take too?? it says nothing about antioxidents on the package..which ones are antioxidents?? how do i no if they are included in the multivitamin?
please no harping on me about taking phentermine,..i no the side effects and was told all about it by my Dr.. thanks to all!! |
