| I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN----I EXCERCISE (RUN 2 MILES) DAILY, DO WEIGHTS 3 TIMES WEEK, AND STRICTLY WATCH MY DIET, AND STILL STRUGGLE WITH WEIGHT GAIN. AND THE DIET PILL SITES HAVE ALL DISAPPEARED. FOR SOME OF US IT IS HARDER THAN FOR OTHERS and it gets very weary! |
