Phentermine? Strange side effects?
I have been taking this for 3 days, and I feel very weak. I am wondering if my blood sugar could be low since I only had a salad and cereal yesterday. Can anyone help me or tell me their results?

Phentermine is an amphetamine. It is used as an appetite suppressant. Is your doctor prescribing this for you? Amphetanimes have many undesirable side effects. And, if you had only salad and cereal yesterday, you probably do have very low blood sugar. I would suspect that what you are feeling is a combination of the drug and your diet.

Get off the drug. Adopt a sensible weight loss plan. Sure, you might get thin this way, but what good is that if you end up dead or with life long damage to your body?

Phentermine is a stimulant with its main effect of appetite suppressant and some mild increase in metabolism. While on this medication, you should still consume around 1200 calories per day.
Some symptoms of hypoglycemia could be dizziness, nausea, fatigue, and abdominal discomfort. My advice, try to eat something light and see if you feel better. If you don't, consider f/u w/ the doctor who prescribed the medication and follow his recommendations.

Why would you want to use this toxic drug? I am afraid it is useless. You may loose a few £s but it will be no help with the pounds! I don't understand how you are surprised that you feel unwell! It is an addictive and potentially dangerous amphetamine banned from NHS prescribing due to its dangers.

Like all drugs of its type it is universally unsuccessful in producing sustained weight loss.

I have to admit I have a 'stock' answer for this question, since if you look it appears 20-30 times every day!!!

Type 'guaranteed weight loss' into google, you will find 1 1/2 million sites!

Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard";).

The Hoodia sold at http://www.allinfoproduct.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $6.95 shipping and handling charge).
Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
