| Yes, I've tried phentermine and lost about 30-35 lbs. It really does work but sometimes made me feel light headed but that only happened when I lost enough weight. I still use it if I gain some weight like during the holidays and I lose the weight right away. |

| Those drugs may work in the short-run. But fad diets and pills can have long-term effects that have not been discovered. For example, ephedra was once one of these and now it is determined to be dangerous.
