Has anyone experienced a pounding sound in your ear from taking Phentermine 37? |

| Ive recently started to take Phentermine 37 a few days ago. Ive read about the side effects, but the one Im having the most is when I lay down and try to go to sleep I hear a pounding in my ear. Has anyone experienced this while taking this drug? Will it go away after a week of getting used to the drug?
