Phentermine, how much weight should I expect to lose? |

| I have have been taking phentermine for 4 days now and have lost about 3 lbs. My doctor said if I keep doing 1200 calorie diet and working out 5-6 times a week then I should lose 60 lbs in 4-5 months. To me that seems like a lot of weight to lose in only 4 or 5 months and seems almost impossible. I was just wondering what anyone elses experience has been?
