I have used ephedrine and I have a tolerance to it. Will this effect my tolerance to phentemine ??? |

| I have used ephedrine in the past for workout energy and it worked well. I never used it for weight loss. I stopped using it because I got a great tolerance to it, and it does not work to well anymore. Now I am considering using phentermine 37.5 - 75mg a day. Does this really help you lose weight??? Also will it give me an energy boost ???
